Chief David Crowchild Memorial Award 2021

Nominations are open for the annual Calgary Aboriginal Urban Affairs Committee (CAUAC) Chief David Crowchild Memorial Award.

These awards honour a person, group or organization, both Indigenous and non-Indigenous, in Calgary who:

• Creates bridges of understanding through cross cultural experiences between Indigenous and non-Indigenous cultures
• Encourages or supports Indigenous people in the areas of education, employment and training
• Has developed, delivers, or promotes cultural programs or traditional teachings in their community

Nominations are due by June 30, 2021 by 4:30 p.m.

Award winner’s name will be inscribed on the Chief David Crowchild Memorial Pillar (located in the Calgary Municipal Building Atrium).
