* Service Canada offers a broad range of programs and services and my role is to reach out directly to communities and organizations to discuss ways that we can assist in providing programs and services to the members in your community / you serve.  Community Outreach and Liaison Service (COLS) delivers, or provides access to, Service Canada’s programs, benefits, and services where clients live and/or spend time.  COLS specifically focuses on clients facing distinct barriers to accessing benefits and services.  We facilitate access to programs and services and increase uptake of benefits.  

* We deliver virtual and in person free information sessions to Service Delivery Partners (staff and/or clients) on topics such as, to name only a few,  Service Canada Overview, EI, CPP, CPP-D, OAS, GIS, Youth, Indigenous, Veterans, Forms Completion Workshops, SINs, Job Bank, etc.  We reach out to all Canadians regardless of age or circumstance.
