Purse-posful From Old & Extra to a Cherished Gift!

Hello Everyone,
This year the decision was made to take on a “Purse-posful” donation drive.
Simply put: we collect old/unused purses, fill them with everyday necessities (and a few extras) and distribute them to Women in need within Calgary.
We’re filling a 100 purses for 100 Women.
We are asking for donations of:
  • new toothbrushes
  • toothpaste
  • shampoo
  • conditioner
  • soap
  • wipes
  • floss
  • Sanitary napkins
  • panty liners
  • hair combs
  • hair brushes
  • hair ties
  • new underwear
  • new socks
  • gloves/mitts
  • toques
  • scarves
  • Gift cards: $5 – $10 denominations for McDonald’s or Tim Horton’s
  • We are hoping to supply a small gift in each of the purses as well as a few snack items.
Our goal is to have collect all needed items by December 14th and fill and sort the purses on the 15th. December 21st, Winter Solstice is the day of delivery to the Women.
